How do I place an order?

If you would like to place an order for an item I have already made before, just follow the links to my online store and purchase the items you would like. Please include the name you would like added when you check out.

If you would like me to design something from scratch for you, please use my Contact Tab and send me an email. I will get back to you ASAP with any details. Payments for these custom orders can be make via Paypal. I will send you an invoice and you can just check out that way.

What is your turnaround time?

My turnaround time is usually about 8-10 weeks until shipment. I can be slightly more or less depending on my workload at the moment. If you would like an exact current turnaround time, please use the Contact me tab to the left, and I will get back to you right away:)

How long will shipping take?

Standard shipping within Canada will take 1-7 business days. Shipping to the U.S. will take 4-10 business days. 

Do you offer layaway?

I do offer a payment plan for large orders! Please contact me using the 'Contact me' tab to the left and we can work out details. Please keep in mind that no order will be started until payment is recieved in full.

Can you do murals?

If you are local to me (Kitchener/Waterloo/Cambridge area), murals are a possibility! Please use my 'Contact' tab to discuss any details!

If you are not local, I can design a mural for you, and paint it on several stretched canvas panels and ship it that way. When you receive the canvases, you can hang them on the wall to complete the mural. Again, if you would like a price quote, please use the Contact tab and I will get back to you ASAP!
